StreamDefender is a game designed for Twitch Streamers to create an epic battle with your viewers! Bring your lurkers into the game to keep them as active engaged participants. Try to defend your castle for as long as possible, relying on your viewers to give you defenders and items, while they also send enemies and bosses to fight you. Earn Bits as they summon more powerful units and items to help or challenge you.
StreamDefender is a game and extension designed for Twitch streamers to engage with their viewers. The Streamer must defend their castle towers, and viewers use the extension to summon defending and attacking units live in the game. Viewers become an active part of the stream and gameplay as they respond to the streamer's requests for defending units.
The Streamer starts with no resources, and must have their viewers build up their defending forces with the extension. Viewers also summon enemies to keep the battle going as long as possible. See how long the battle can last! Items summoned by viewers can help get the Streamer out of tight situations. Viewers can use Bits to contribute stronger units and enemies, including bigger and badder bosses. Recognize viewers using Bits by looking at the notifications in the lower left of the game.
StreamDefender is a great way to warmup your chat, relax at the end of your stream, or keep viewers entertained between games.
Defending units are placed along one of the lanes. Multiple defenders of the same class can be placed on the same spot, increasing their health and size. Each defending class also has Captains that viewers can summon in exchange for Bits. These Captains are placed on an existing unit to upgrade it.
Enemy units will appear on the right and randomly choose a lane to walk down. Several enemy types are available, with larger units having increased health. Bosses are even bigger baddies that require additional Bits. Once a tower takes 5 damage it will be destroyed and no more units will travel down that lane.
